Project Coordination

A project coordination service is on offer to clients who would rather not undertake the organisation and management of the trades themselves.

We create a schedule of works and clarify the order in which work needs to be undertaken and answer the day to day enquiries from individual tradesmen referring and reporting to the client when necessary.

When work is completed we check the quality of that work.

If you are working away from home or simply want work undertaken while you are on holiday we can give access to trades and lock up after them.
